Check In & Check Out

Check In is after 2 p.m. If no one is in the office, an envelope with instructions guiding self check in will be outside for whenever you arrive.
Check Out is by 10:00 a.m.
No Sunday check ins, please.

Credit Card Convenience Surcharge

Advertised prices reflect a cash discount.

Payments made with a credit card are subject to a 3% convenience surcharge.

Cancellations

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to reservations canceled within 7 days of the arrival date. If booking 5 or more rooms, cancellations must be made 3 months prior to reservation date or there will be a $50 per day per room cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made by speaking to office personnel. Email cancellations are not valid; reservations are not considered cancelled until after communicating with someone in our office.

Additional Guests

Displayed room rates are for two guests per room. Extra guest rates will be charged at $10 per guest.

Pets

Olde Homestead Suites offers a pet-free environment.

Television & Wi-Fi

While our suites are each equipped with a television and DVD/VHS player that you are free to use during your stay, there is no cable, satellite, or broadcast TV service available at Olde Homestead Suites. Wi-Fi is available in all suites.

Smoking

Olde Homestead Suites is a smoke-free facility. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged if the innkeeper detects smoking in any of our suites during your stay.

Breakfast

Full breakfast is included with suite rate (full breakfast Monday-Saturday, continental-style breakfast on Sunday). Breakfast is served from 8:30 – 10am.
