Check In & Check Out

Check In is after 2 p.m. If no one is in the office, an envelope with instructions guiding self check in will be outside for whenever you arrive.
Check Out is by 10:00 a.m.
No Sunday check ins, please.

Credit Card Convenience Surcharge

Advertised prices reflect a cash discount.

Payments made with a credit card are subject to a 3% convenience surcharge.

Cancellations

A $50 cancellation fee per room per night will be applied to reservations canceled within 7 days of the arrival date. Email cancellations are not valid; reservations are not considered canceled until after communicating with someone in our office. If booking 3 or more rooms, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required, and cannot be canceled within 3 months of the arrival date; the remainder of the balance due will be charged upon check-in, or upon cancelation within the 3 months of arrival timeframe.

Additional Guests

Displayed room rates are for two guests per room. Extra guest rates will be charged at $10 per guest.

Pets

Olde Homestead Suites offers a pet-free environment.

Television & Wi-Fi

While our suites are each equipped with a television and DVD/VHS player that you are free to use during your stay, there is no cable, satellite, or broadcast TV service available at Olde Homestead Suites. Wi-Fi is available in all suites.

Smoking

Olde Homestead Suites is a smoke-free facility. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged if the innkeeper detects smoking in any of our suites during your stay.

Breakfast

Full breakfast is included with suite rate (full breakfast Monday-Saturday, continental-style breakfast on Sunday). Breakfast is served from 8:30 – 10am.
